Absolutely delighted with the work that Dave has done in sanding and revarnishing our wooden floors (as well as bringing life back to a battered kitchen counter). 22 February 2025We contacted Dave as our 20 year old real wood floor in our living room and through dining area was tired and worn. Dave came to measure the area and discussed options with us and give us a price. To our surprise, the quote was considerably lower than we anticipated for such as large job. We arranged to have him do the work during a 2 month holiday in Goa. He did the work which was originally planned for 2-3 days to complete. He kept us informed via WhatsApp with pictures. The state of the floor was worse than anticipated and Dave himself was not happy with the result and so re did it which took another 3 days. We offered to pay him some additional monies but he refused. It is very rare these days to find this kind of professionalism and pride in one's work in tradesmen. We would highly recommend Dave to anyone. The renovated floor is fantastic and we think it is better than when it was first installed and love the lighter finish. Thanks Dave from two very happy customers!!! (first photo is the original dark tired floor)

14 April 2024Dave came and cleaned our carpets today, I am honestly amazed at the difference. I thought we were going to need a carpet but now it looks like new! This is the second time we have used Dave and we would highly recommend him.

14 July 2024Absolutely delighted! We moved house and inherited a dark wooden floor that had been well used. David came to inspect and gave us lots of information, his knowledge on wood flooring was impressive. He carried out a patch test and following that we decided to proceed. What a difference! Couldn't fault the service, it was professional, dust free (yes really!!)and the result is amazing. Very happy, thanks again David.

14 February 2024The god of flags! I cannot recommend Dave from DAB Cleaning enough. My flags in the kitchen had never been professionally cleaned or sealed before and they had years old paint marks on them as well as build up of general dirt over time from dogs and general foot fall. The results far exceeded my expectations. They are back to a lovely sandy colour and my husband no longer has to listent to me moan about them. Dave is honest, reliable, hardworking and conscientious to name a few of his qualities. I would highly recommend. First three photos are before, the last one is after.
