All carpets were :-
- Thoroughly vacuumed.
- Treated with a pre-spray.
- Agitated using a CRB (contra rotating brush).
- Rinsed using a high pressure water extraction vacuum, to remove the soil and pre-spray.
- Groomed using a pile brush to re-set pile and aid drying.
A couple of York stone jobs carried out in Todmorden recently, one at The Golden Lion and one at Park End Kitchen. All flags were treated with a non toxic stone cleaner, scrubbed using a CRB, the resulting slurry was removed using a powerful rinse / extraction machine, the flags receiving a further rinse. When fully dried a water based sealant was applied to protect the flags.
Some shots from Fielden Factors in Todmorden – carrying out a dry clean of the carpet tiles in their offices to remove as much soiling as possible without damaging the tiles or creating wicking or water mark issues.
